ITIL Training

I just finished my ITIL Training today.

Great Britain has more and more "Soft Power" than before.  It outputs many things

  • English 

  • "International Standards"

  • Entertainment

  • ...

But  Great Britain is becoming the second class country after it lost it's "Hard Power".
